FIRST TIME USERS: You will need a copy of your current bill to assist you when signing up for this service. Please print the Instructions for On-Line Bill Pay before you begin. The instructions are easy to follow and will assist you through the process. Online Bill Pay Instructions

NOTE 1: Payments made by 10:00 PM (CST) Monday thru Thursday will be posted to your account the following business day. Payments made Friday thru Sunday or Holidays will post the next business day. Customers must notify the office with CONFIRMATION number to avoid LATE FEES and/or DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE.
NOTE 2: When signing up for Recurring Credit Card Payments: You must be setup by the 10th of the month for the payment to be applied on the 15th of the month, for the current bill. If you are not setup by the 10th of the month, your payment may not be processed until the following month.
PAY BY PHONE
Pay your bill with UPay-By Phone by calling 281.377.9010.
You will need the 15 digit account number which can be found on you billing statement. (Example: 090231000XXXXXX)

When the process is complete you will be given a confirmation code for your records.
AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT
Have your bill automatically drafted from your bank account on or about the 10th of each month
Sign up using the Automatic Payment Authorization.
